We want to thank you all for your patience during this difficult time. For the foreseeable future we will be continuing with our present program of social distancing where clients will call from their vehicles upon arrival for their appointment, a masked technician greets you curbside and then takes your pet into the office. Once the exam and necessary diagnostics are completed, the technician will return your pet to you with any needed medications and a treatment if indicated. The doctor will come out to speak with you as soon as possible.
We will continue to ask that all clients wear a mask when interacting with any of the staff, in or out of the car and to please follow all social distancing protocols. We are hopeful that these practices will keep everyone safe and healthy and allow us to continue serving you in the best way we can.
With the present situation, we have experienced a sharp increase in the number of phone calls coming into the office. In an attempt to reduce hold times and hopefully making it easier to get through to the receptionist, we have implemented a new answering system. For routine medication refills, food requests and any messages for doctors or staff, you will now be directed to leave a message. We are really hoping this helps, and we welcome your input on how the system is working.
We know how stressful these times are, but know that we are there for you and your pet. Our doctors and staff are committed to the health and wellbeing of your beloved animals. Emergency services will continue to be available to our clients after hours seven days a week.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
