COVID-19

We want to thank you all for your patience during this difficult time. For the foreseeable future we will be continuing with our present program of social distancing where clients will call from their vehicles upon arrival for their appointment, a masked technician greets you curbside and then takes your pet into the office. Once the exam and necessary diagnostics are completed, the technician will return your pet to you with any needed medications and a treatment if indicated. The doctor will come out to speak with you as soon as possible.

We will continue to ask that all clients wear a mask when interacting with any of the staff, in or out of the car and to please follow all social distancing protocols. We are hopeful that these practices will keep everyone safe and healthy and allow us to continue serving you in the best way we can.

With the present situation, we have experienced a sharp increase in the number of phone calls coming into the office. In an attempt to reduce hold times, we have implemented a new answering system. For routine medication refills, food requests and any messages for doctors or staff, you will now be directed to leave a message and allow for a call back and for refills allow 24 hours before coming to the clinic for pick up.  When you arrive for a previously requested product or medication refill or are at the clinic for an appointment, please call in and speak to a staff member to let us know you are here. We have a pick-up table on our front porch where purchased items can be collected. If you are at the clinic for an appointment, please let reception know where you are parked and what vehicle you are in so a technician can come out to greet you.

Please know that we are there for you and your pet. Our doctors and staff are committed to the health and well-being of your animals.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
